DaPure specializes in premium cold pressed oils including Groundnut Oil, Mustard Oil, Sunflower Oil, and Coconut Oil. All products are natural and may exhibit slight variations in color, aroma, and texture.

2. Product Disclaimer

• All oils are natural products; variations are normal and not considered defects.
• Shelf life is typically 9–12 months under proper storage conditions.
• Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Orders & Cancellation

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• DaPure reserves the right to cancel any order due to operational or payment issues.

5. Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.
• DaPure shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Damage Claim Policy (Strict)

DaPure follows a strict no-return policy. Any claim regarding damaged products shall be handled under the following conditions:

• Customer must record a clear unboxing/unpacking video before opening the package.
• The video must show sealed package, opening process, and product condition.
• Claims without video proof will be rejected.
• Only major damage (broken bottle or heavy leakage) will be considered.
• Minor leakage or oil stains are not considered damage due to nature of liquid products.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• DaPure holds full authority to approve or reject claims.

7. No Return & No Refund Policy

DaPure maintains a strict no return and no refund policy. Once a product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances except approved damage cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including logo, images, and text are the exclusive property of DaPure.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate shipping details.
• Use website responsibly.

10. Limitation of Liability

DaPure shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of products.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
